Saturday: Long Ride: 60 miles to Palmer, Warren, Belchertown,
Granby, and Ludlow
Sunday: Long Run: 10 mile trail run on Earl's Trails
Run: 23 miles Cycle: 83miles Kayak: 4 miles : Strength 30mins
Time training: 9-10 hours
